2. Originality: All submissions must be original works created by the participant and must not infringe upon any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.

3. Submission Guidelines: Participants must adhere to the submission guidelines provided by the contest organizers, including file format, size limitations, and technical requirements.

4. Theme Compliance: Submissions must align with the theme of the contest and promote the concept of tranquility and mental wellness through artistic expression.

5. No AI-generated Art: Submissions must be strictly self-made and not generated by artificial intelligence (AI) or any automated means.

6. Permission for Use: By submitting their artwork, participants grant Relaxing Colors the non-exclusive right to use, display, reproduce, and distribute the submitted artwork for promotional purposes related to the contest, including but not limited to website display, social media promotion, and marketing materials. Participants retain full ownership and copyright of their artwork.

7. Compliance with Laws: Participants must ensure that their submissions comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards. Submissions must not contain any offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content.

8. Deadline: Participants must submit their entries before the specified deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted.

9. Judging: The judging panel's decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the contest. Participants agree to accept the judging panel's decisions without recourse or dispute.

10. Disqualification: The contest organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in any fraudulent, unethical, or inappropriate conduct.

11. Liability: Participants acknowledge and agree that the contest organizers, their affiliates, partners, and employees shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from or related to participation in the contest.

12. Modification of Terms: The contest organizers reserve the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Participants are responsible for reviewing the terms and conditions periodically for any changes.

13. Multiple Submissions: Each participant is allowed to submit up to two entries for the contest. However, each entry must be distinct and unique.

14. Age Verification: Participants may be required to provide proof of age if requested by the contest organizers. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age may result in disqualification from the contest.

15. Withdrawal of Entry: Participants may request the withdrawal of their entry from the contest at any time before the submission deadline. Withdrawn entries will not be eligible for consideration in the contest.

16. Public Voting: The contest organizers reserve the right to incorporate public voting as part of the judging process. Participants acknowledge that public voting may influence the outcome of the contest.

17. Announcement of Winners: The winners of the contest will be announced on the contest website and through official social media channels. Winners may also be notified via email or other communication methods.

18. Prize Acceptance: Winners must accept the prize as awarded and may be required to sign a release form confirming their acceptance of the prize and granting permission for the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes.

19. Tax Liability: Winners are solely responsible for any applicable taxes or fees associated with the receipt of the prize. The contest organizers will not be liable for any tax liability incurred by winners.

20. Indemnification: Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the contest organizers, their affiliates, partners, and employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to their participation in the contest.

21. Registration Fee: Participants are required to pay a non-refundable registration fee of $5.99 USD/ INR 499 upon submission of their entry. Payment of the registration fee is necessary for the entry to be considered valid. Participants acknowledge and agree to the payment of the registration fee as a condition of participation in the contest.

22. One Entry, One Registration Fee: Participants acknowledge that the registration fee applies to each individual entry submitted. Multiple entries require payment of separate registration fees.

23. Payment Requirement: Payment of the registration fee is necessary for the entry to be considered valid. Participants must ensure that the registration fee is paid for each entry they submit.

24. Accepted Payment Methods: The registration fee can be paid using credit/debit card or PayPal through the designated payment platform.

25. Confirmation of Payment: Upon successful payment of the registration fee for each entry, participants will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of payment.

26. Non-Transferable: Registration fees are non-transferable and non-refundable, regardless of whether the submitted entry is accepted or rejected.

27. Compliance: Participants agree to comply with all payment requirements and understand that failure to pay the registration fee for each entry may result in disqualification from the contest.

28. Use of Participant Information: Participants agree that their personal information provided during registration, including name, email address, and any other relevant details, may be collected, processed, and stored by the contest organizers for the purpose of administering the contest and communicating with participants. The contest organizers will handle participant information in accordance with their privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.

29. Non-Refundable Registration Fee: Participants acknowledge that the registration fee of $5.99 USD/ INR 499 is non-refundable. In the event that a participant chooses to withdraw their entry from the contest, the registration fee will not be refunded. Participants agree to this condition upon payment of the registration fee and submission of their entry.

30. Modification of Terms: The contest organizers reserve the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
